By accessing this Website or booking any service with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
1. Company Nature & Scope
Le Tourister Destinations operates as a travel and tour company engaged in:
- Domestic, inbound & International Tour Packages
- Hotel, Resort & Stay Bookings
- Transport & Sightseeing Arrangements
- Airline, Train tickets & Visa Assistance
- Travel Consultation & Custom Itineraries
- Destination Management Services
The Company acts as an intermediary and facilitator between travelers and independent third-party service providers including airlines, hotels, transport operators, cruise companies, visa agencies, and activity providers.
2. Booking & Confirmation
- All bookings are subject to availability and written confirmation.
- A booking is considered confirmed only upon receipt of the required advance payment.
- Full payment must be completed as per the agreed payment schedule prior to travel.
- The Company reserves the right to decline or cancel any booking prior to confirmation.
- Failure to make payment within the stipulated time may result in automatic cancellation.
3. Pricing & Payments
- All prices are subject to change due to currency fluctuations, fuel surcharges, government taxes, or supplier revisions.
- Any increase imposed by third-party suppliers after booking confirmation shall be borne by the client.
- Payments must be made through approved modes communicated by the Company.
- Payments once made are non-transferable unless agreed in writing.
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellation charges depend on:
- Type of package booked
- Supplier cancellation policies
- Time of cancellation before departure
General Guidelines (unless otherwise stated in booking confirmation):
- 45+ days before departure: Supplier charges + applicable processing fee
- 30–45 days before departure: 25% – 50% cancellation charges
- 15–30 days before departure: 50% – 75% cancellation charges
- Less than 15 days before departure: 100% cancellation charges
Additionally, a processing fee of 5% – 10% of the invoice value may apply to cover administrative and operational expenses.
Refund timelines depend on third-party supplier processing and may take 15–45 working days from the date of approval.
5. Amendments & Changes
- Any change in itinerary after confirmation may incur additional charges.
- Date changes are subject to availability and supplier approval.
- Rate differences due to rescheduling must be borne by the client.
- The Company is not responsible for price increases resulting from changes requested by the traveler.
6. Travel Documents & Client Responsibilities
The traveler is solely responsible for:
- Holding a valid passport (minimum 6 months validity for international travel)
- Obtaining required visas
- Securing travel insurance
- Carrying necessary health documents or vaccination certificates
- Complying with immigration, customs, and local laws
The Company shall not be liable for:
- Visa rejection
- Denial of boarding
- Entry refusal by authorities
- Loss due to incomplete or incorrect documentation
7. Third-Party Service Providers
Le Tourister Destinations arranges services through independent suppliers such as:
- Airlines
- Hotels & Resorts
- Transport Operators
- Cruise Companies
- Activity Providers
The Company shall not be liable for:
- Airline delays or cancellations
- Hotel overbookings
- Accidents, injuries, or losses during travel
- Service deficiencies by third-party providers
8. Force Majeure
The Company shall not be held responsible for failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Natural disasters
- Political instability
- War or civil unrest
- Government restrictions
- Airline shutdowns
- Strikes
- Pandemics
In such cases, refunds shall be subject to recovery from suppliers.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- The Company's liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service booked.
- The Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including loss of enjoyment, business interruption, or personal loss.
10. Code of Conduct
Travelers are expected to:
- Respect local customs and laws
- Maintain proper conduct during tours
- Avoid behavior that causes inconvenience to other travelers
The Company reserves the right to remove any traveler from a tour without refund in case of misconduct.
11. Intellectual Property
All content on this Website including branding, travel concepts, itineraries, text, graphics, and images is the intellectual property of Le Tourister Destinations and may not be reproduced without prior written permission.
12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
- These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
- Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ernakulam (Kochi), Kerala, India.
